Orders

Prices are in US dollars. An order is accepted once payment goes through. We can cancel and refund an order if there's a pricing error, a production problem, or a design we can't print.

Your designs and photos

You keep the rights to what you upload. You give us permission to use it to make and deliver your order.

You confirm that you own what you upload or have permission to use it, and that you have permission from anyone shown in it.

We can refuse to print anything that's illegal, hateful, sexual, involves a minor inappropriately, or uses someone else's copyright or trademark without permission. That includes logos, characters and sports teams. If we refuse an order, we refund it.

AI-made characters

Our character tools give a cartoon approximation, not a likeness. Please review your family before you order.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping and Returns pages are part of these terms.

Our content

The Bedtones name, website and artwork belong to us. Please don't copy them without permission.

Liability

We aim to keep the website working and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
