Privacy policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use bedtones.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and shipping address when you place an order
- What you ordered and the designs you made
- Photos you upload to a custom design
- Family names and character choices for a Seek & Find order
We never see or store your full card details. Stripe handles payment.
Your photos
Photos you add to a custom design are stored so we can print your order.
If you use a family photo to build Seek & Find characters, it's shrunk and sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to describe things like hair color and clothing. We don't save that photo, and we don't try to identify anyone in it. You choose whether to keep or change the results.
Only upload photos you have permission to use, including permission from anyone shown in them.
How we use it
We use your information to make and deliver your order, send order emails, answer your questions, prevent fraud and meet our legal duties. We don't sell it, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.
Who we share it with
We share only what each company needs to do its job:
- Stripe, for payment
- Our print and shipping partners, to make and deliver your order
- Mailgun, to send order emails
- Anthropic, to read family photos as described above
- DigitalOcean and Cloudflare, which host and protect our website
Cookies
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser so it's there when you come back.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for your order and for tax and accounting. To ask us to delete your designs or photos, email us.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights too, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

We'll update this page if anything changes.
