Returns
Every Bedtones piece is printed just for you, so we can't take returns or give refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or pick a design you later don't like. Please check your size, photos and spelling before you order.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we'll put it right with a replacement or a refund.
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the problem.
- We'll reply with what happens next. If we ask you to send anything back, we'll cover the cost.
Colors and photos
Printed fabric can look a little different from your screen, and photos print only as sharply as the file you upload. Small differences in color, and softness from low-resolution photos, don't count as faults. The designer warns you when a photo may be too small.
Canceling an order
Email us as soon as you can. We can cancel for a full refund if your order hasn't gone into production yet. After that, it's already being made for you.

Nothing here affects the rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
