If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, we will gladly refund you or replace the item at no additional charge. You must contact us within 30 days of the received faulty goods.
Send a photo to email@example.com and we will send a replacement right away.
If for some reason your not happy with what you received, you may return it to us within 30 days of receiving the product. We do not cover the cost of returning the goods, and a refund will only be made once we receive your product back to our warehouse, including your original shipping cost.
If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours it will be too late as we’ve already begun processing your order. Refund will be processing within 48 hours after cancellation.
